1. Scope
This policy applies to every Prencalls account, assigned number, message and call. By using Prencalls you agree to follow this policy and all applicable telecommunications, privacy and consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions you send from and to.
2. Permitted use
Prencalls is intended for legitimate, consent-based person-to-person and business communications: customer service, appointments, order updates, supplier coordination and similar business conversations conducted from a number assigned to your account.
3. Number assignment and identity
Each assigned number operates as its own communication identity. You may send communications only from a number the platform has verified as assigned to your account. Outbound traffic from unrelated numbers is never aggregated into a shared sender identity, and you may not use caller identification you are not authorized to use.
4. Prohibited messaging
- Spam
- Unsolicited bulk messaging
- Harassment
- Fraudulent or misleading messages
- Illegal content
- Identity impersonation
- Unauthorized automated messaging
- Prohibited premium-rate traffic
5. Prohibited calling
- Robocalling
- Predictive or continuous autodialing
- Artificially generated traffic
- Caller-ID spoofing
- Harassment
- Fraud
- Calls to prohibited or unauthorized premium-rate destinations
- Emergency-service calling unless Prencalls explicitly supports that service
6. Verification-code and anonymity misuse
Prencalls numbers are not provided for receiving one-time passcodes or verification codes, for bypassing identity-verification systems where such use is prohibited, or for obtaining anonymous, disposable or burner numbers.
7. Consent and opt-outs
You must hold the permission or legal basis required to contact each recipient, honour opt-out requests promptly, and comply with applicable messaging and calling registries and time-of-day restrictions.
8. Enforcement
Prencalls may apply rate limits, request additional documentation, suspend a number, suspend an account, or terminate service for suspected or confirmed violations. We maintain audit logs and complaint records and cooperate with lawful requests from carriers and authorities.
9. Emergency services
Prencalls is not a replacement for emergency calling services. Do not rely on Prencalls to contact emergency services.
