Prencalls is designed for legitimate personal and business communications. We take responsible use, privacy and telecommunications compliance seriously.
Consent Matters
Send marketing or promotional communications only when you have the legally required consent from the recipient.
No Spam
Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, harassment and deceptive communications are prohibited.
No Impersonation
Users may not impersonate another person or business or use phone numbers or caller identification they are not authorized to use.
No Verification Abuse
Prencalls numbers are not provided for receiving OTPs, verification codes or bypassing identity-verification systems where such use is prohibited.
No Illegal Content
Fraud, scams, threats, illegal activity and other prohibited communications are not permitted.
Respect Opt-Outs
Businesses must honor applicable opt-out requests and messaging requirements.
Messaging You Can Trust
Prencalls supports legitimate two-way communications. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permission or legal basis to contact recipients.
Prohibited uses include:
- Spam
- Unsolicited bulk messaging
- Harassment
- Fraudulent or misleading messages
- Illegal content
- Identity impersonation
- Unauthorized automated messaging
- Prohibited premium-rate traffic
Additional country-specific and carrier requirements may apply.
Responsible Business Calling
Use Prencalls for genuine conversations with customers, colleagues and business contacts.
Users must not use the platform for:
- Robocalling
- Predictive or continuous autodialing
- Artificially generated traffic
- Caller-ID spoofing
- Harassment
- Fraud
- Calls to prohibited or unauthorized premium-rate destinations
- Emergency-service calling unless Prencalls explicitly supports that service
Prencalls is not a replacement for emergency calling services. Do not rely on Prencalls to contact emergency services.
A Safer Communications Platform
Prencalls requires account information to help protect customers, communication recipients and telecommunications networks from abuse. Depending on the service, country and intended use, customers may be required to provide:
- Full name
- Valid email address
- Billing information
- Address
- Business information where applicable
- Intended communications use
- Additional documentation when required by applicable regulations
