1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address and password credentials
- Verification information such as address, business details and intended use
- Billing information and payment references
- Number assignment records for numbers allocated to your account
- Communications metadata such as sender, recipient, timestamps, duration and delivery status
- Message content and, where you enable it, call recordings stored in your account
- Security and abuse-prevention data such as rate-limit and audit logs
2. Why we collect it
To provide and bill the service, to assign and manage numbers, to meet telecommunications and regulatory obligations, to detect and prevent abuse, and to respond to support and complaint requests.
3. Sharing
We share the minimum data necessary with the network operators and payment processors required to deliver your messages, connect your calls and process your payments, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account, billing, number-assignment and communications records are retained for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable law, tax and telecommunications rules, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Your choices
You may access and update your account information from your workspace, request a copy or deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements, and close your account at any time.
6. Security
Access to customer data is restricted, communications with the platform are encrypted in transit, and administrative actions on accounts and numbers are logged.
