1. Consent
Send marketing or promotional messages only where you hold the legally required consent from the recipient, and keep records of that consent. Conversational replies to a customer who contacted you first must still respect applicable content rules.
2. Prohibited messaging
- Spam
- Unsolicited bulk messaging
- Harassment
- Fraudulent or misleading messages
- Illegal content
- Identity impersonation
- Unauthorized automated messaging
- Prohibited premium-rate traffic
3. Opt-outs
You must honour opt-out requests, including standard keywords where applicable, and stop further non-essential messaging to that recipient without delay.
4. Volume and rate limits
Messaging is subject to per-account and per-number rate limits and abuse detection. Prencalls does not offer unlimited messaging, bulk SMS campaigns or SMS blasting.
5. Country and carrier requirements
Additional country-specific and carrier requirements may apply, including sender registration, content restrictions and documentation. Where those requirements are not met, messaging to the affected destination may be unavailable.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in message blocking, number suspension, account suspension or termination, and reporting to the relevant carrier or authority.
