1. Accounts
You must register an account, verify your email address and provide accurate account information before using communications features. Anonymous access to messaging and calling is not permitted. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Numbers
Numbers are assigned to your account for your own use, subject to availability, country rules and any verification or documentation required. Numbers are not sold to you, may not be transferred or sublicensed, and may be reclaimed if a subscription lapses or this agreement is breached.
3. Subscriptions and charges
Number subscriptions renew on the stated frequency until cancelled. Messaging and calling are charged according to destination and number type. Applicable taxes and fees are shown before you confirm. Prencalls does not offer unlimited messaging or unlimited calling.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a number or an account, apply rate limits, or terminate service where we reasonably suspect a policy or legal violation, non-payment, or risk to recipients or networks.
6. Service availability
Availability of countries, numbers, features and destinations may change and depends on network conditions and regulatory requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of every message or call.
7. Emergency services
Prencalls is not a replacement for emergency calling services. Do not rely on Prencalls to contact emergency services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to the email address on your account before they take effect.
